Collection can be arranged via the online message box, directly with the shop or simply selected during the checkout process.
Deliveries are made throughout the week, we will endeavour to ensure that we honour your delivery date request. If for whatever reason we cannot do so, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
Please ensure that all details are entered correctly during the checkout process, detailing the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postal code, along with their telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions to ensure your order is delivered safely.
We ask that you include your telephone number and email address so that in the event of any difficulty, we are able to make contact and update you on your order. Please ensure that all details provided are accurate as any incorrect or misspelt information may result in delays in processing you order or delivering your purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund before it has been dispatched from our studio. Once goods are sent out for delivery, we are unable to issues refunds. We pride ourselves on quality and freshness, using only the best materials in all arrangements. Every order that leaves our studio shop is checked and goes through quality assurance.
Flowers have a seasonal dependence and there may be occasions when a particular variety is unavailable. Every effort will be made to source each flower as purchased, however if this cannot be achieved, a similar variety will be used as a suitable replacement. Please understand that each order will be made to honour the image presented however there may be some variation.
